    Indianapolis Indians

    The Indianapolis Indians are a minor league baseball team, they are the Triple-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates major-league club. Founded in 1902, the Indianapolis Indians are the second-oldest minor league franchise in American professional baseball.

    The Indians play in the International League, which consist of 14 minor league teams. There are 3 divisions in the I.L., the North, South, & the West. The Indians play in the West Division.

    The Indians have won 7 Tripple-A Championships, the last was in 2000, when they won the Tripple-A World Series.
